It is not only medically wrong to conduct virginity test, it is also legally and constitutionally wrong as well. Were those girls her (the Principal’s) daughters, would she allow such a criminal assault to be gratuitously carried out? Where is her moral credentials and authority over the innocent girls? It is a complete violation of the poor girls rights to personal dignity as constitutionally protected (and a further violation of the Child Rights Act), except on the consent of the girls or their parents where voluntarily given. To make matter worse for her (the principal), under which law is she acting? Is virginity test now part of the school curriculum?
