I changed my BlackBerry phone and have been trying to continue my BIS subscription on my new BB phone for some time now to no avail. I called the network provider’s customer care 11 times only to be promised that it would be resolved. Sadly, till now, no such thing has happened. I wish to use this medium to appeal to Airtel to restore my subscription with immediate effect.
