A group of jobless young boys has turned our street to marijuana smoking joint (Igbo Arena ) They smoke freely without fear or intimidation of anybody .They were formerly gathering at Alapere/Irorun street junction; now they have moved to the frontage of a particular house on the street. The smoke usually engulfs the whole area whenever they are “gyrating”. Is there nothing the law enforcement agencies can do to rid this area of this menace?
