The reported attack and killing of 14 prison personnel, two soldiers and others by the Boko Haram religious set in Bama, Borno State show clearly that the set has become more sophisticated. The modus operandi deployed in the attack by using army uniform to penetrate the Joint Task Force should be a great concern to President Goodluck Jonathan and our entire security forces. For long now, the state has become a theatre for the sect to launch everyday attack and the whole state has been militarised and the people there traumatised. A state of emergency should be declared in the state so that peace will return to the area.
