I want to use this medium to remind the Ogun State Government about the situation of things in Ibafo. It is rather unfortunate that the residents of Ibafo cannot feel the presence of the government at all .It is just like an Island on its own. The state of Ibafo reminds me of the literary text, “Waiting for Godot”. Do we need to wait for eternity for electricity, good road, water supply and other amenities to be provided by the state government? Nothing is working at all. How can someone be residing in a place for about 10 years and be still waiting for essential amenities others take for granted in other places? Let the Ogun State Government reassure Ibafo residents that the town still exists in the map of the state?
