Please permit me to use this medium to comment on the poor customer service Airtel has been rendering for the past week. For over a week now, Airtel has double-charged me N2800 for its Blackberry Internet Service service, and till date, no service or my credit has been refunded to me. I have reached out to them by phone and to its satellite office at the Palms Shopping Plaza, Lekki, a number of times, all to no avail. They are only quick to give empty promises of my line working within the next 24 hours or an update call back from them, both of which never manifest.

If Airtel really takes value in its business and customers, someone would have the decency to call me back and fix the problem either by refunding my credit or reactivating my BIS subscription. This is not asking for too much.
