I have always praised The PUNCH for giving us a place in its most widely read paper to air our views on sundry national issues and developments. What I don’t understand about some of its reports, however, is that whenever a crime is committed, even murder and the culprit admits to have committed the crime, it will still blurs the face of the perpetrator, thereby hiding the criminal’s identity. I think this is like shading the criminal. Such persons are supposed to be exposed to the whole world for what they are. I urge The PUNCH to change this system.
