Corruption is like a cancer in our economy. The more corruption there is, the more poverty there will be. Many of our leaders are corrupt. This is so because the judiciary is weak and can easily be influenced. The anti-graft agencies like the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission are like dogs that cannot bite because the courts can’t effect rightful punishments for the accused. The whole world is watching and making a jest of us. My prayer for the judicial arm of government is that God will open their eyes to know that they are called to rescue Nigerians from the hands of law breakers.
